1st Time Visa Requirements

1. Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Entity or Confirmation letter of Invitation Issued by relevant Chinese Entities.
2. Documents on the Commercial Activity Issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation entity or individual.
3. Visa application form
4. Passport photocopy
5. Chinese visa (Last Time)
6. A supporting letter from the organization which the applicant serves in (Request Latter)
7. The applicant’s taxpayers registration certificate (photocopy) and registration of the organization which the applicant serves in (photocopy)
8. Membership Certificate copy
9. The applicant’s bank statements 6 month (personal or company, the last six months)
10. Police character certificate must. (fresh case)
11. Personal appearance required (First Time) 

Please complete the following requirements before sending us your China Visa application.

(Business, Lecture, Exchange Visa)

1. Original Passport and Copy of its first page. (7 month valid)
2. Copy of CNIC/B Form.
3. 6 Month Latest Attested Bank Statement. (Personal or Company )
4. 1 Visa Application Form, printed (Dully filled-in & signed with by Applicant). 
5. 3 latest passport size photographs - White Background. (33*48)
6. Original invitation or confirmation letter (used to be called Visa Notice) from and authorized government organization like the local foreign affairs office or etc. in China
7. Invitation letter from your inviting Chinese organization.
8. Copy of NTN and Chamber Of Commerce Certificate required (Valid).
9. A supporting letter from your organization.
10. Company Tax certificate.
11. Returned Air Ticket.
12. Police Character certificate Attested in Foreign Affairs (If visiting 1st Time)
13. All documents must be scanned
