Visa Form

1.Original Passport (7 months Valid) and Copy of its first page.
2.Copy of CNIC / B Form.
3.At least 6 months latest with Proper singed and stamped Statement.
4.1 Visa application form (Dully filled-in and signed by the applicant).
5.3 latest photograph – White Background
6.Request Letter on company letter head.
7.Return Air ticket and its copy.
8.Hotel Booking
9.Copy of NTN and Certificate of Chamber Of Commerce required (If Business man).
10.Invitation letter from sponsor in Vietnam (if any).
11.Approval Required from Immigration of Vietnam
12.Visa issued According to Hotel and ticket dates
